Editors notes
Out president has been busy getting ready for the mini-symposium at her shop and polishing the demonstration for swat. Here are the directions to get to Janice's shop
From Waco, take Hwy. 6 East for about 8 miles.
Exit to the left on Hwy 164 to Groesbeck.
Pass through Groesbeck on Hwy. 164. Go 10 miles.
Turn right on FM 3371 and go 2 ½ miles.
Turn left on Limestone County Road 822. (This turn occurs when HWY 3371 begins a big, sweeping curve to the right)
On LCR 822, go 3 miles—twists and turns, but do not turn left at any time.
LCR blacktop ends and PR 5822 white gravel begins. That’s my house and big red barn at the end of PR5822.
Unload your lathes at the front or the rear, depending on where they go (see attached), then park on the grass by the barn.
Drive time from Waco is about 1 hour to 1 hour, 10 minutes.
See you October 10.
