The August meeting of the Brazos Valley Woodturners was called to order at  9 AM by President Janice Levi.
Announcements:  Matthew Hill will be coming November 14. He will be doing a demo and will have an afternoon session of hands on.
John Solberg will be coming in December.                   
The Rocky Expo will be Sept 12 & 13th in Loveland Colorado.
SWAT is Oct 15 to 18th in Wichata Falls.  The following have volunteered to help.
James, Johnny Joel and  Jan will help with registration for the ladies event.
Craft Supplies will give a 10% discount to club members.
Tony knows a lady that has some table top tools for sale.
Charles has some cedar boards ,¾ oak and walnut.
Larry has a pecan tree and cedar elm.
Janice Levi gave a demo on backyard Pine.
The meeting was adjourned at noon.
